Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 150 g ham, diced, cooked
  • 700 g potatoes, peeled and diced, waxy
  • 50 ml wine, white, dry
  • 1 cheese, Reblochon (a special French cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the potatoes in a non-stick pan with butter until lightly browned. At the same time, fry the ham in a different pan with a little oil until lightly browned. Add the ham to the potatoes and top up with white wine, put the lid on the pan and let it simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the lid and let the remaining liquid evaporate. Pour everything into an ovenproof dish. Halve the Reblochon lengthwise and place it on the potatoes with the crust facing up. Place in the preheated oven at 250°C and leave in there until everything has melted and the cheese crust is crispy!!! Serve with a nice green salad as this dish is very rich.
