Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 g ladyfingers
- 6 tbsp white wine (semi-dry Silvaner)
- 350 g applesauce
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g cream cheese (semi-skimmed)
- 125 ml milk
- 3 tbsp honey
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Line the bottom of a square baking dish with ladyfingers and drizzle with the wine. Spread the applesauce on top. Mix together the quark, cream cheese, milk, and honey and spread over the applesauce. Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it set well. Dust with cocoa powder before serving. Tip: If you have small children in the household, you can substitute apple juice for the wine.
