Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp, heaped quark or crème fraîche
- 1 tsp butter, melted
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Finely chop the onion and crumble the feta cheese. Place everything in a bowl and mix with a fork, mashing to break up the onion and flavoring the mixture with the juices. Add all the remaining ingredients, season with pepper and salt, and mix again. Then refrigerate for about an hour. Tip: It tastes even better the next day and/or the day after.
