Mascarpone – Cherry – Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 125 ml eggnog
  • 80 g icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 jar morello cherries, pitted, drained
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the mascarpone with the crème fraîche and egg liqueur until smooth. Add the sugar and sifted powdered sugar and stir until no sugar crystals remain. Then carefully fold in the thoroughly drained cherries. Let the cream sit in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
