Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries
  • 200 ml cream
  • 500 g quark, 0.2% fat
  • 50 g sugar, alternatively Candarel sweetener
  • 200 g amaretti biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tastes delicious with all berries!

Reserve a few raspberries for decoration and puree the rest. Whip the cream with the sugar or Candarel sweetener until stiff peaks form. Whip the quark and mix it with the whipped cream. Reserve a few amaretti biscuits for decoration, place the rest in a plastic bag and crush them with a pastry shovel. Prepare 4 glasses; place the amaretti biscuits on the first layer, then the quark, and then a layer of pureed raspberries. Repeat once more. Decorate with raspberries and amaretti biscuits. This dessert can be made with any berries and is simply delicious. If you prefer a lighter version, you can safely omit the cream; it won’t affect the flavor.
