Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 package of frozen raspberries, approx. 300 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super simple dessert, also suitable for beginners

Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix with the sweet cream (using a whisk). Then stir in the sugar. Pour the cream cheese mixture into a wide dish (e.g. quiche dish, pie dish, large casserole dish) and spread it evenly. Now spread the frozen raspberries (they must still be frozen) evenly over the cream cheese mixture, but do not stir them in! Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours – but preferably overnight. The raspberries will now slowly thaw and the liquid will be absorbed into the cream cheese mixture, giving the dessert a special flavor. After the resting time, carefully stir the entire mixture and then serve the dish. Tip: It is best to serve the dessert with a sauce spoon.
