Snow flurry with white chocolate

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g quark cream (e.g. from Onken with 0.2% fat)
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 bar of white chocolate
  • ½ pack of frozen raspberries
  • 150 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious quick dessert – calorie bomb

Combine the sugar and cream in a bowl and beat until semi-stiff. Then fold in the quark, quark cream, and mascarpone. Grate the chocolate bar (place it in the freezer before grating so it won’t break and will be finer). Fold in the grated chocolate. About 1 hour before serving, add the frozen raspberries. This will give the dish a truly fresh and cool feel.
