Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 fish, ready to cook, any kind, size for 1 portion
  • salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice and 2 banana leaves (available in Asian shops

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Rub the fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Wrap a banana leaf around the fish, cut the other leaf into strips, and use the strips to tie the fish parcel together to secure it. Place the parcel in the oven at 160°C for 10-15 minutes.
