Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 8 large potatoes
- 3 sausages (beef sausages, if you know them and get a chance: krajnske kobasice!)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp seasoning (vegetable)
- Salt and pepper, white

Wash the potatoes, boil them in their skins, and then peel them. Boil 3 eggs hard and let the sausages simmer until tender. Cut the potatoes, boiled eggs, and sausages into even slices, about 0.5 cm thick. Place half of the potatoes in a baking dish. Place a layer of sausages on top, followed by a layer of boiled eggs. Spread the remaining potatoes on top. Beat the fourth egg with salt, pepper, and Vegeta, then mix with the sour cream and cream. Pour the topping evenly over the casserole. Bake the casserole at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes, until the topping is set.
