Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 dl soy sauce, light
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Chicken wings with honey, wok dish
Heat the oil in a wok (a deep pan) and fry the wings for about 5 minutes. Combine the soy sauce, honey, rice wine, ginger, and peeled, crushed garlic in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the wings, mix well, and cook the dish with the lid on over low heat for 30 minutes. Turn occasionally to prevent the honey from burning. Serve with rice or Asian noodles.
