Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 large peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 55 g sugar
- 30 g flour
- 60 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 100 g cane sugar
- 6 tbsp butter, cold
- 225 g nuts (pecan), roughly chopped

Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl and toss the peach slices in it. Transfer to the cooker. Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter in a food processor and pulse until coarse (like polenta). Stir in the nuts with a spoon. Spread the mixture over the peaches. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
