Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 large parsnips
- 4 large carrots
- 6 m.-sized potatoes, waxy
- 1 tbsp tarragon, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sage, fresh, finely chopped
- 50 g butter, melted
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
(Slow Cooker)
Peel the parsnips, carrots, and potatoes and cut them into 13 mm thick slices. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in the cooker. Cover and cook on “low” for about 6 to 8 hours or on “high” for about 3 to 4 hours.
