Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g Chinese egg noodles (Mie)
  • 200 g chicken fillet(s)
  • oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g soy sprouts
  • 2 handfuls of peas, frozen
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 7 mushrooms
  • 160 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp chili sauce
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Noodles with vegetables and chicken

Mix the sauce ingredients together well. Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions and then drain. Cut the meat into strips and then into slices. Dice the onion, slice the spring onion, and slice the carrot. Cut the mushrooms into thirds. Brown the meat in a little oil in a large pan or wok. Add the onions, spring onions, and carrots to the meat and fry. Mix in the mushrooms along with the peas and bean sprouts and fry, then stir in the noodles. Deglaze with the sauce, mix everything thoroughly, bring to a boil, and stir again. Season to taste and serve.
