Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,000 g quark, 20% fat
- 12 tbsp flour
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- Butter, for frying
- Sugar, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix the quark, flour, vanilla sugar, and egg yolk with a tablespoon to form a dough. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Then drop small mounds of dough into the pan with a tablespoon and flatten slightly with a spoon. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and enjoy.
