Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark, or soy if desired
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- e.g. raisins
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or oil for frying

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Ready in no time with just a few ingredients
Combine all ingredients and fry small, tablespoon-sized heaping pieces in a pan in coconut oil or oil until golden brown. Serve warm or cold with applesauce, sugar, and cinnamon. Tip: For three people, adjust the quark quantity to 1 kg and all other ingredients accordingly.
