- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g flour
- e.g. milk
- 500 g layered cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Instructions

Prepare a pancake batter with eggs, egg whites, salt, flour, and a little water if needed. Fry the thin pancakes until light brown. For the filling, prepare the cheesecake, egg yolks, cinnamon, and sugar; mix well. Wrap the thin, cooled pancakes in the pan. Fold over so that they form small parcels and the filling doesn’t leak out. Fry the filled parcels in the pan until crispy.
