Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¼ liter sour cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- Jam, as desired
- Coconut oil, for frying
- sugar and
- Cinnamon, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Whisk the cream with the egg yolks, sugar, and salt thoroughly. Stir in the beaten egg whites and flour. Drop tablespoonfuls of this thick mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Place two dalkens together with jam and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
