Pancakes made from quark dough

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 ml milk
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • some salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g quark
  • 250 g flour
  • Fat for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Czech recipe

Mix all ingredients well and let the batter rest for about 30 minutes. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a greased pan. Fill with your choice of filling or dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately! Note: The quark makes the batter pleasantly light and airy.
