Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g butter, soft
- 275 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 160 g sour cream
- 80 g almonds, chopped
- Butter, for the baking tray
Instructions

simple, delicious cinnamon sheet cake, for 12 pieces
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a shallow baking pan (23×23 cm) and line with baking paper. Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy. Gradually add the eggs and mix. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon over the pan and mix to combine. Add the sour cream and almonds and fold in. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Bake for 45 minutes, or until firm. Loosen the cake from the sides of the pan with a knife, turn it out onto a wire rack, remove the baking paper, and let it cool completely. Then cut into cubes and serve. It also tastes delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
