Rosé wine pudding

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 ml cherry juice
  • 300 ml wine, rosé
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, cream
  • Cinnamon
  • 100 ml cream (soy or dairy product)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the custard powder with cold liquid. Bring the remaining fruit-wine mixture to a boil, add the sugar, and stir in the custard powder. Bring the custard to a boil and let it cool. The cream can be added whipped or unwhipped. Serve chilled. You can also use red wine, of course. The flavor of the cream depends greatly on the taste of the wine.
