Vanilla croissant muffins

Ingredients for 22 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 160 g butter, melted
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 2 bars of vanilla croissant chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 210 degrees Celsius and grease a muffin tin thoroughly. Chop 1 bar of vanilla croissant chocolate into small pieces. Melt the other bar in the milk. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups, fill with batter, and bake for about 20 minutes.
