Ingredients for 22 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 160 g butter, melted
- 150 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 bars of chocolate, speculatius
- 1 pinch of gingerbread spice
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 210 degrees Celsius and grease a muffin tin thoroughly. Chop 1 bar of speculatius chocolate into small pieces. Melt the other bar in the milk. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups, fill with batter, and bake for about 20 minutes.
