Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g veal sausage meat
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pinch(s) lemon peel (zest of an untreated lemon)
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, grated
- 1 liter meat broth
- Chives for garnishing
- e.g. meat broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
A tasty soup garnish made from veal
Combine the veal meat with all ingredients and stir until smooth. Bring the meat broth to a boil in a saucepan and set aside. Using a wet teaspoon, scoop out dumplings from the mixture and let them simmer in the broth for 10 minutes without boiling. Serve garnished with chives.
