Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 potatoes, boiled, peeled
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage
- ½ bunch of dill
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 spring onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup kefir or buttermilk
- 1 tbsp mustard, Russian
- 1 liter of mineral water
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar, if desired

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
a light and delicious summer soup from Russia
Dice the potatoes, radishes, eggs, cucumber, and sausage. Finely chop the herbs and spring onions and place them in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and top up with mineral water. Mix well, season to taste, and let stand for about 2 hours, or preferably overnight. Season again.
