Carrot salad with sour cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pack of garden herbs, frozen
  • e.g. table vinegar
  • n. B. Oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Grate the carrots coarsely or finely, according to your taste. Finely chop the onion and garlic and mix with the remaining ingredients, except for the sour cream. Transfer the salad to a sealable bowl and refrigerate for a day. Add the sour cream before serving and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
