Carefully melt the chocolate with the margarine and let it cool slightly. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until fluffy. Fold in the egg whites and flour. Then carefully fold in the melted chocolate. The batter will be very runny, which is how it should be. Bake in a greased and floured springform pan at 180 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven. The baking time depends on the oven and varies between 20 and 35 minutes. The cake is done when a test piece comes out with small crumbs of dough that are still moist. Otherwise, the cake is too dry. I even turn the oven off while it’s still slightly runny and let it rest for another 5 minutes. Then turn it out and let it rest. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. The cake will be very squishy, ​​which is what makes it so delicious. It looks like it’s collapsed, which is how it should be.
