Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 150 ml oil
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp milk
- 12 g matcha powder
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- Fat, for the shape

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cake with Matcha
Mix flour, baking powder, matcha powder, and 100g of sugar in a bowl. Separate the egg whites and yolks from two eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding 50g of sugar. Beat the oil, the yolks of two eggs, and the third egg until frothy, while adding the milk. Add the flour, sugar, and matcha mixture and mix. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat). I use a square pan (20 x 20 cm).
