a challenge for every mouth

Clean the chicken breast fillet and place it in a pot of water with the sliced chili pepper and the peeled piece of ginger. Let it simmer in a covered pan (do not boil!). In the meantime, toast the bread (this is optional, depending on your taste) and spread three slices of it with butter. Heat a pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Fry the eggs in the fat left over from the eggs (either on one or both sides, it might still be a bit soft, it’s up to you). Wash the lettuce leaves and tomatoes, and slice the tomatoes. Mix the salad cream with a few dashes of Tabasco. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the water, pat it dry, and slice it. Now it’s time to assemble: First, spread the salad cream on a slice of toast. On top of that, add a lettuce leaf with two slices of meat and tomatoes. Place one of the buttered slices of toast on top, topped with a fried egg and two slices of bacon. Finally, add a lettuce leaf and a slice of toast with salad dressing. It’s best to secure it with two toothpicks and cut diagonally. And now, good luck biting into it!
