Colorful sausage salad Thuringian style

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g aspic (meat aspic)
  • 200 g black pudding
  • 200 g sausage (beer ham)
  • 200 g pork, cooked
  • 200 g sausage (hunting sausage)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g gherkins
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • some cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Cut all solid ingredients into nice, even cubes and combine in a bowl. Season with pepper, salt, and a little pickle juice. Add about 1 tablespoon of mustard to the Miracle Whip and mix with the sausage salad. We always prepare the salad the day before so it can marinate nicely.
