Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g sausage (hunting sausage or ham sausage)
- 500 g sausage (red pressed sausage)
- 500 g sausage (white pressed sausage)
- 2 onions
- 2 gherkins
- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- mayonnaise
- ketchup
- Vinegar
- salt and pepper

that’s how my grandma made it
Cut the sausage into approximately 1 cm cubes. Chop the eggs and cucumbers. Slice the onions into half rings. Place everything in a bowl. Make a spicy sauce with mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, and the spices. Mix everything well and let it marinate in the refrigerator. Serve with warm boiled potatoes or hearty farmhouse bread.
