Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 2 bell peppers (green and red)
- 4 spring onions with green
- 1 can/n bamboo shoot(s)
- 1 pkt. soy sprouts, fresh
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or Maggi
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the noodles as usual and drain in a colander. Chop the vegetables and toss everything together in a bowl. Heat a little oil in a nonstick pan or wok and add the vegetables. Stir in the soy sauce, sambal oelek, salt, and pepper, while stirring the vegetables continuously. After about 5-7 minutes, add the noodles and toss everything together again. You can add more soy sauce and sambal oelek to taste. But be careful, it can be spicy.
