Chinese vegetable noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • Oil (preferably sesame oil)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • spice mix (Chinese)
  • Bamboo shoot(s), as desired
  • Bean sprouts, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, cut the vegetables into thin, long strips. Then, cook the noodles. Add them to the water and 4 minutes before they’re al dente, add the vegetables. Then, drain them and add them to the pan with oil. Now, add the bamboo shoots and bean sprouts. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and, if desired, Chinese spice mix.
