Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 750 g pork fillet(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 white cabbage, small
- 100 g butter
- 2 cup(s) vegetables, finely chopped, (leeks, celery, yellow beets, cauliflower, peas, etc.)
- 100 g chopped mushrooms (3 varieties)
- 1 cup(s) vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp capers
- 100 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the meat into approximately 2 cm wide strips and fry briefly in butter. Grease an ovenproof dish and line it with raw white cabbage leaves. Arrange the browned meat, vegetables, and mushrooms on top. Finish with a layer of finely chopped white cabbage. Blend the cream (or crème fraîche) and pour over the dish, along with the broth. Then add the capers. Roast for approximately 1 hour at 175-200 °C.
