Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pork fillet(s)
- 10 g shiitake mushroom(s), dried
- 250 g soy sprouts
- 3 cups white cabbage
- 1 cup(s) bamboo shoot(s)
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 carrots
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 200 ml broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- possibly glutamate (if you can tolerate it)
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cut the meat into strips and marinate in a marinade made from soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, pepper, salt, and MSG for at least 45 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and add the drained meat, the previously soaked mushrooms (without water), crushed garlic, and ginger, and cover with the marinade. Sauté until the meat is cooked, then remove from the pan. Add a little more oil, if necessary, and sauté the vegetables. Add the white cabbage, bamboo shoots, onions, and carrots, then slice them into strips. Add the previously cooked ingredients, pour in the broth, and bring everything to a boil briefly. Thicken with the starch. Serve with rice.
