Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g Chinese egg noodles, cooked
  • 200 g soy sprouts or mung bean sprouts
  • 1 small spring onion(s), finely chopped
  • n. B. Oil
  • e.g. soy sauce
  • n. B. Sambal Oelek
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • e.g. curry powder
  • e.g. chili powder
  • 200 g poultry meat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the meat into thin strips and season with soy sauce and sambal oelek. Combine 5 tablespoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and add to a wok or pan. Brown the meat, then add the sprouts and spring onions. Shortly afterward, add the noodles. Continue frying for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Finally, season to taste with the spices listed. Note: This dish uses pre-cooked noodles.
