Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce / rapunzel
- 1 handful of mushrooms, fresh
- 1 small onion(s), red, finely chopped
- 6 walnuts, chopped into small pieces
- 80 ml cream
- 2 tbsp oil (French walnut oil), from roasted walnuts
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vinegar (French walnut vinegar)
- 3 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- pepper
- 80 g ham (Serrano)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
French inspired, with lots of walnut flavor
Thoroughly sort and wash the lamb’s lettuce or rampion. Clean the mushrooms and thinly slice them. Finely chop the onion. Briefly toast the chopped walnuts in a pan, if desired. Mix the cream, the remaining ingredients, and the remaining spices to make a sauce. Season to taste, adding more acidity if desired. Combine everything and fold in. Cut the Serrano ham (if desired) into strips and either mix in or sprinkle it on top.
