Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 250 g beef soup meat
- 2 marrow bones
- 4 carrots
- 1 piece(s) celery
- 1 handful of parsley, flat
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- Vinegar
- some cornstarch
- 1 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Cut the raw beef, carrots, and celery into bite-sized pieces. Bring everything to a boil in plenty of water with the marrow bones, salt, a pinch of pepper, and the garlic clove. When the meat is almost cooked, remove the marrow bones and add the peeled, thinly sliced or diced potatoes. Cook until tender, then thicken with cornstarch if desired. Season with vinegar to taste. Stir in the horseradish and chopped parsley before serving.
