Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 250 g beef soup meat
  • 2 marrow bones
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 piece(s) celery
  • 1 handful of parsley, flat
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • some cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

Cut the raw beef, carrots, and celery into bite-sized pieces. Bring everything to a boil in plenty of water with the marrow bones, salt, a pinch of pepper, and the garlic clove. When the meat is almost cooked, remove the marrow bones and add the peeled, thinly sliced ​​or diced potatoes. Cook until tender, then thicken with cornstarch if desired. Season with vinegar to taste. Stir in the horseradish and chopped parsley before serving.
