Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50g baguette(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • some chili flakes
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

classic French sauce

Remove the crust from the baguette, cut the inside into cubes, and pour the broth over it. Add the garlic, tomato paste, salt, and chili flakes to the soaked baguette and blend until smooth. Gradually add the oil and blend until the sauce is creamy. Season to taste. It tastes great with roasted meat and fish, as well as artichokes and potatoes.
