Pulp Fiction Hamburger
Form two equal-sized patties from the minced meat. Then coat them with a little teriyaki sauce and let it soak in. For the sauce, put the ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, salt, pepper, mustard, and chili powder in a pot and heat gently while stirring. Add more or less pepper, salt, and chili as needed. Now it’s time to turn to the pineapple. Briefly fry it in the pan. Now place the patties in the pan and fry. You can also fry the bacon until nice and crispy at the same time. Once the patties, pineapple, and bacon are ready, place the patties on the buns. Place the pineapple on top, then add the cheese, and place in the oven for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt a little. Simply place the tops of the buns next to each other to keep them crispy. Now it’s time to assemble the burger. To do this, garnish the bottoms of the buns, including the patty and melted cheese, with a slice of pineapple, place the bacon strips on top, pour the sauce over them, top with iceberg lettuce, and your Pulp Fiction Big Kahuna Burger is ready. You’ll also find the recipe for the buns in my recipes.
