Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- ½ jar oil, neutral (jar 250 ml)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 jar flour, or spelt flour (jar 250 ml)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp poppy seeds
- possibly jam
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat eggs until frothy, add sugar, and continue beating until dissolved. While beating continuously, add oil. Add flour, salt, and poppy seeds. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet, about 8 cm apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown. If you like, you can then sandwich two cookies together with jam.
