Chinese glass noodle salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 450 g glass noodles
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 gr. can/n soy sprouts
  • Chicken or pork
  • Soy sauce
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • Sugar
  • Oil (soybean oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the carrots, bell peppers, leeks, and soybean sprouts in soybean oil. Cook the noodles for 5 minutes, rinse with cold water, and chop into small pieces. Fry the meat. Mix everything together. Then season with soy sauce, Chinese spices, and sugar – done!
