Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potato(s), waxy, small
- 200 ml olive oil
- 5 sprigs rosemary, fresh
- 4 cloves garlic
- Pepper (ground)
- Sea salt, coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and quarter the potatoes (or eighths, depending on their size). Thinly slice the garlic. Arrange the potatoes in a baking dish and add oil, garlic, pepper, and sea salt (as desired). Place the rosemary sprigs in the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 45 minutes. This dish pairs perfectly with grilled fish/meat or Mediterranean cuisine.
