Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 250 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce, Chinese, dark
  • 4 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chinese style

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, dice the ham. Wash the leek and slice it into thin rings. Mix all ingredients into the still-warm pasta and let it sit for about 2 hours before serving.
