Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g savoy cabbage
- 2 oranges
- 2 apples
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Food seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Clean the savoy cabbage, halve it, remove the stalk, and finely slice the cabbage. Peel and slice the oranges. Quarter the apples and core them. Slice the apples. Mix all ingredients with the ham strips. Let it marinate in a sauce made from vinegar, oil, water, salt, pepper, sugar, and seasoning for about 20 minutes.
