Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spiral noodles
  • 30 g remoulade
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 300 g pineapple pieces
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 100 g cold cuts (poultry mortadella)
  • salt if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

First, cook the pasta in a sufficiently large pot according to the package instructions, then drain in a colander and let cool. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the remoulade with mustard and tomato paste to make the marinade. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them. Dice the chicken mortadella as well. Mix everything with the marinade along with the pineapple pieces. Now add the cooled pasta and fold in until everything is well combined. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, then serve.
