Honeydew Melon Lassi
The perfect honeydew melon lassi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
To garnish:
- 80 g Yoghurt, natural (without additives), ice cold
- 50 g Coconut milk, creamy (24% fat), ice cold
- 60 g Coconut water, ice cold
- 2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
- 2 tbsp Sugar, white
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Msp Cardamom powder
- 1 Msp Kaffir lime peel, finely grated, fresh or frozen
- 6 Ice cubes, optional
- 2 Kaffir limes
- Flowers and leaves
- Chop the pulp into walnut-sized pieces. Put all the ingredients for the lassi in the blender and puree for 30 seconds at high speed. Pour into tall glasses, garnish and serve with a straw and long-handled spoon.
