Mixed Salad with Honeydew Melon

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 0,5 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,5 Honeydew melon
  • 2 tbsp Mustard coarse
  • 2 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 6 tbsp Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Make a dressing from the balsamic vinegar, oil, water, mustard and honey and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Peel and finely dice the onion.
  • Halve the tomatoes.
  • Peel and dice the cucumber.
  • Peel the melon, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and dice.
  • Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces,
  • Add everything to the dressing, mix well and serve.
