Pancakes in the typical American style

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with sugar with a hand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks (it may take a little longer than usual with this much sugar). Refrigerate the stiff peaks until stiff peaks form. Put the flour in another bowl and mix well with the vanilla sugar. Mix the milk and mineral water together. Gradually add to the egg yolks, while mixing with a hand mixer on high speed. Gradually add the flour to the runny egg yolk mixture with a spoon, and beat with a hand mixer on high speed. Then gradually add the cold, stiff peaks with a spoon and carefully fold in. Brush a frying pan with oil and set aside. Important! Do not use too much oil. Heat the pan to medium heat (not too hot). Fry the pancakes evenly on both sides until golden brown. Keep an eye on them. After the successful frying, everyone can now indulge in the heavenly pleasure of typical pancakes.
