Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 70 g sugar
- 50 g flour
- 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
- Fat for the molds
Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Then remove from the heat and stir in the butter. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat until a white foam forms. Add the melted chocolate and then stir in the flour. Divide the mixture between four individual, well-greased baking dishes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat: 180°C) for about 10 minutes, until the dessert is firm on the outside but still runny on the inside. Serve while still hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Tip: Also delicious as muffins: Pour the mixture into muffin cases and bake at the same temperature for about 20 minutes, until the inside is no longer runny.
